Rosa Mary De La Cruz is an Addiction Counselor for O.R.E.A. with active ADT status and is working toward her CSC-AD licensure. In the addiction field, her strongest skills include cognitive behavioral techniques and motivational interviewing. She has more than 20 years of experience working with individuals struggling with opioid use disorders and alcohol dependency. In addition, she has 7 years of experience working with chronically fragile housing populations with co-occurring disorders under State and City care.
Rosa is committed to being a source of support for individuals who struggle with emotional management and life challenges. She graduated from Borough of Manhattan Community College with an Associate Degree in Human Services. After relocating to Maryland, she was certified by the Maryland Department of Professional Board to work as a Supervised Addiction Counselor. She is currently continuing her education at Baltimore County Community College and is working toward a second Associate Degree in Behavioral Health and Addiction.
